What makes Xero Shoes different from traditional athletic shoes?
Our shoes feature a wider, foot-shaped toe box, a non-elevated 'zero-drop' heel for proper posture, and a flexible FeelTrue® sole that provides ground feedback and natural movement.
How do I find the right size for my feet?
Most of our styles run true to size, but some models may require sizing up or down. We recommend checking the 'Sizing' tab on each specific product page for detailed fit advice and measurements.
Do you offer a warranty on your soles?
Yes! We offer a 5,000-mile sole warranty. If you wear your FeelTrue® outsoles down to less than 1mm thick at the ball or heel, we will replace them for a nominal cost.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your shoes. You can return or exchange any unworn, 'like-new' products within 45 days of purchase. Please ensure the tags are attached and the original packaging is intact.
Are Xero Shoes vegan-friendly?
The vast majority of our products are 100% vegan-friendly, meaning we use no animal-derived materials in the construction or the glues. Check the product description for specific material details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method at checkout.
